REEL EXAMPLES

  • I created this reel as a part of a hiring campaign shared during pride month, while working at Primary Health Care (PHC).

  • This is an unboxing reel I created to showcase a client’s new tools for their services.

  • This reel utilizes a visual hook (sipping coffee), and plays on people’s humor. I created this reel for a current client who is an editor and an author.

  • I give speaking prompts to my clients, they film, and I edit. See one example here and another example here.

  • I create video posts using clients’ words of wisdom, poems, life lessons, etc.

  • This is another reel I created while working at PHC. This reel is informative & educational.

  • Another reel I created at PHC. This video educates while also appealing to people’s emotions.

  • This is a carousel example, but I can create introduction posts that clients pin at the top of their profiles.

  • It’s important to create content that entertains and inspires- here’s a reel example of a client dancing around with an inspiring sound added.

TIKTOK EXAMPLES

  • This is a TikTok I created while working in public health which utilized a current trend that we made our own! It brought laughs and helped us promote safe sex and encourage STD testing (very important in public health)!

  • This TikTok is a ‘Meet the Team’ video. These are important to create and pin at the top of your profiles so people get to know you, your employees, and your business!

  • The music you use in TikToks and Reels is SO important! This is a good example of using a fun and well-known song. I created this video to promote one of our volunteer boards (that promoted STD prevention in the community).

  • Right now, I’m experimenting with different types of content on my own TikTok account. Here’s a link to one of my recent TikToks that has strong engagement. This video post got me 7 new followers (good when you just starting and growing)! This video provides: relatability, helpful tip/information, realness, and behind-the-scenes.

  • Soul Momma, Kristin VanGundy: This website was first created by someone else, but I added more than half the pages you’ll see and edited the copy on all of the pages, including the home page - to fit Soul Momma’s services shift.

  • Breathe Integrative: This client started the website on her own and quickly got overwhelmed. I came in and created all the pages, simplified the home page, created a form on her ‘Book Appt’ page, and more.

Public Relations, Press Release Example

This is an example of a press release I wrote while working in public health. It’s important to have a newsworthy hook, data & numbers, and linked sources. This helps make reporters’ job easier and supports credibility. Click here to read through the whole release.
